Previously, the company has worked under a different name since 1998 and successfully completed multi-mega projects in Masdar City and the Abu Dhabi Metropolitan area.
This new entity was created to respond to the new modern demand of the real estate industry. Advanced Properties Limited derives its strength from a group of sister companies well-established in the Abu Dhabi market since 1993 in the fields of contracting, construction, engineering and design, real estate, facility management, and transportation.
