The project was developed by Lootah Real Estate Development, and the architectural design was implemented by Arif & Bintoak. The main construction work was carried out by Hadeed Emirates Contracting, and the foundation work was carried out by IGS Foundation Contracting. The complex was commissioned in 2021.
