There are also two interior packages offered: Standard and Premium, which are different in terms of the class of finishes and appliances. For instance, when selecting the Premium option, you will be able to take advantage of a smart home package, which has two external security cameras, one main door key-pad entry with a key and one doorbell with a camera. The Standard package, meanwhile, will only have provisions for smart home solutions.
Residences in Saadiyat Lagoons will be equipped with the provision for a swimming pool, a show kitchen (incl. an oven, a cooktop, a cooker hood, a microwave and a fridge), as well as a maid’s room, family dining area, provision for a lift, and a parking for 3–5 cars.
